DigiPlex shortlisted for European Excellence Awards
DigiPlex, the Nordic leader for innovative and sustainable data centres, are finalists in the Communications Team of the Year category at the prestigious European Excellence Awards. Hosted by Communication Director Magazine, the European Excellence Awards celebrate the best in European PR and communications and attracts over 1,400 entries per year. DigiPlex is the only data centre operator shortlisted for the awards.
DigiPlex is recognised for the rapid marketing and communications transformation that has established the company as the leading Nordic data centre brand. Numerous innovations including a shift to thought leadership led messaging, joint communication initiatives with customers and a complete channel transformation have increased the company’s reach in traditional and social media by over 1000% respectively.
DigiPlex have a long-standing reputation for technical innovation with a string of engineering led awards. In the recent past the company’s marketing efforts have been recognised with nominations in the “Best Marketing Team” and “Best Marketing Campaign” categories at the Global Carrier Awards.

As part of DigiPlex’s communications transformation, Hill+Knowlton Strategies was appointed as the global communications agency. Gambit H+K in Norway leads a team consisting of H+K Sweden and WPP sibling agency Burson Masteller in the UK.
