The internationally-renowned real estate competition, held annually at the world property conference “MIPIM” in Cannes has named DigiPlex Fetsund as a finalist. The awards honour the most oustanding and accomplished projects around the world.
The jury, an indepedent panel of senior real estate experts, has shortlisted DigiPlex Fetsund in the category of ‘Best Innovative Green Building’ which recognises environmentally-sound and resource-efficient developments that have been constructed with a progressive and innovative design, meeting strict sustainability criteria and improving the lifecycle of the building to positively shape the future.
During the MIPIM event in Cannes next month, delegates will be invited to vote for their favourite project in each of the 11 award categories. This vote together with the jury's vote will each count 50% towards the final results that determine the overall category winners.
Byrne Murphy, Chairman at DigiPlex said: “We’re delighted to have been shortlisted – it’s especially pleasing to be recognised in such a world famous real estate competition for strong eco-credentials. A lot of hard work went into designing and constructing our advanced Fetsund facility to give customers a ‘best in class’ data centre – it’s great to be acknowledged for our innovative approach and we wish all entrants the best of luck.”
Many thanks from the DigiPlex team
