Operating since 2002, DigiPlex has a track record of delivering uninterrupted uptime service levels exceeding 99.999%.  With the majority of customer space located below ground in stand-alone, purpose-designed facilities, DigiPlex is able to deliver high levels of environmental, EMP protection (electromagnetic shielding) and customer security.

High-powered
DigiPlex Data Centres are fitted with high-tier modern mechanical and electrical infrastructure systems capable of delivering UPS power and cooling services to 3,000W/m2 (279 W/ft2) or up to 10kW per rack.  For the coming generation of water cooled super computers, including the IBM ‘Hydro-Cluster’ range, DigiPlex provides dedicated chilled water services, piped directly to the underfloor area of the data halls, ready for connection to the servers’ inbuilt heat exchangers.

Energy efficient
DigiPlex Data Centres deploy cost-reducing, environment-protecting green energy management systems. We also provide the economies of scale that substantially reduce customers' power requirements, costs and associated carbon footprint.

Carrier-neutral co-location
DigiPlex Data Centres are able to provide multiple connections to local and international carriers including: BT, NTL Telewest (Virgin Media) Verizon, Telenor, Broadnet, Hafslund, Sonera/Telia, UPC, Bane Tele, TDC/Song, T-Systems and many other networks. We do not have any tie-up with any carrier.

Customer connectivity to networks is facilitated via shared Carrier Connectivity (CCR) or “Meet Me” rooms. Connectivity agreements are private to customers and their preferred carrier(s).
