DigiPlex provides a safe, secure and fully serviced home for customers' ICT equipment and data. This core product is delivered in a variety of physical configurations with service levels tailored to our individual customer's exacting requirements.
Products
Space
DigiPlex serviced IT Housing (ITH) space is offered in variable sizes from 25m2 (269 sq ft) upwards. Serviced ITH space is available in dedicated rooms, cages or shared areas. Aligned Government agencies or corporate subsidiaries and entities, wishing to share dedicated secured areas are able to do so within ‘consortium modules’.
Power & Cooling
DigiPlex IT housing space comes with a standard UPS power and cooling capacity of 1,500W/m2 (139W/sq ft). Higher power and cooling levels up to 3,000W/m2 (279W/sq ft) – 10kW rack – are available on request. Water-cooled rack and server services are also available on request.
Drawing on its substantial Scandinavian operating experience, DigiPlex is a leading exponent of cost-reducing, environment-protecting, green Energy Management Systems. Foremost in effectiveness in this area is the DigiPlex deployment of free cooling engineering which uses low ambient air temperatures for computer hall cooling in preference to energy-consuming refrigeration plant. This technology offers the scope for huge energy saving and customer cost reduction. To monitor and report on these operating benefits, DigiPlex provides its customers with online access to its Building Management Systems (BMS).
All DigiPlex space and power/cooling configurations are provided with Service Level Agreement (SLA) guarantees.
