The DigiPlex management team includes a range of Data Centre design, construction and operations management specialists. Formed in 2002, the core management team includes individuals drawn from the public services, the telecommunications and networks community and the corporate finance sector.
Our management philosophy is to combine customer focus with technical engineering expertise to deliver assured continuity and predictability of performance. Our niche Data Centre approach enables us to provide a high level of service focused on our customers’ operating priorities. We partner with customers as we work to lower operating risks and costs. In all aspects of our operations we are committed to technical excellence to reduce operating costs and environmental impact.

management processes are BS EN ISO9001:2008 Quality Accredited.
This standard deals with the fundamentals of quality management systems. ISO9001 is by far the world’s most established quality framework, currently being used by a million-plus organisations in 178 countries worldwide. ISO9001 sets the standard not only for quality management systems but management systems in general. It helps DigiPlex succeed through improved customer satisfaction, staff motivation and continuous improvement.
As a long-standing team, DigiPlex management has developed a culture of mutual dependence and reliability. Each team element, from data centre design, through construction, to day-to-day operations and maintenance, recognises its dependence on other team elements to satisfy customer needs.
